The menu was very deceptive. I ordered a small custard with a topping. They told me it was considered a sundae. The manager was especially rude when trying to talk with her. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was a really bad place to go. Bad customer service, deceptive menu.

Not marked from the road, barely marked inside the location. Custard was serviceable while ambiance and service was lacking.

Its a small part of a Food Court, apart of the Grand Country Plaza etc. Nothing special, that it stays open till midnight on Weekends. Really the only Ice Cream past 10pm in town.

Really tasty vanilla custard but that's the only choice. Limited topping choices. But worth the visit if you want custard and someplace to sit inside.

Glenn's Custard is very friendly and has decent prices. I was most impressed with the General Manager Joe. He was there every time I was, seemed to work right alongside (and harder than) the other employees. His attitude was upbeat and he remembered my name. Definitely a plus. Attention to detail is key to success.

The staff was not happy that we had a coupon, there is only one flavor of custard and the topping selection is very limited.

It was okay. Was hard to find with limited signage from road. Wouldn't have found if just driving by. Connected to a pizza buffet. They only have vanilla with a few toppings and people behind counter acted like they would rather be doing anything other than serve icecream. We didn't feel very welcome and got snapped at when we asked questions.
